Starting again doesn't mean starting from nothing.

The last little while has changed a lot of what I thought my life would look like.

Some things ended. Some things I had to let go of. Other things became more important.

I'm still figuring out what comes next.

But I've realized that starting again isn't really starting over. You bring everything with you—the good decisions, the mistakes, the scars, the experience, the people you love, and hopefully a little more wisdom.

I'm building again. Working. Training. Creating. Raising my kids. Trying things. Getting some things right and some things wrong.

This site is where I want to keep a record of that.

Not the polished version. Just what I'm thinking, building, learning and becoming along the way.

Boxing keeps me honest.

There is nowhere to hide when you're tired. Technique gets harder. Composure gets harder. Thinking gets harder.

I don't box because I want to look tough. I box because it keeps teaching me about preparation, presence and staying capable.
